Haiko van Lengen has been CEO at xSuite since 2024 and has been CEO of Diamant Software, a manufacturer of accounting and controlling software. Previously, he was CFO at a software start-up and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey&Company. In addition to his passion for financial software, the topic of artificial intelligence has always been an important focus in his previous positions.

Matthias Lemenkühler joined xSuite in 1997. Since 2003, he has been responsible for technology and products, development, projects and support. With his farsightedness, comprehensive knowledge and passion for future-oriented innovation, he charts the course of the company in the interest of the customer. Since 2024, he has handed over his position as CEO and Spokesman of the Management Board in order to devote himself fully to the core topic of product and technology.

Andreas Nowottka has been with the company since 2015 and heads xSuite's national and international channel business as Managing Director. He is distinguished for his deep knowledge of the ECM market, many years of experience as head of development and his tenure as chairman of the competence area ECM at Bitkom.

Thomas Radestock, CSO

Thomas Radestock has been a member of the company's management team since 2012 and was appointed Managing Director of Sales in 2017. Nobody knows his market as well as he does. For more than 20 years, his name has been synonymous with customer proximity and market expertise at xSuite.
