Description:

xSuite eDNA Helix is a cloud-based eDocument Network Adapter for the technical and business-specific processing of electronic invoices and structured electronic documents. The solution enables the sending and receiving of documents via approved networks, portals, email, and API scenarios, and provides functions for validation, conversion, status tracking, and monitoring.

The Technical Fundamentals course teaches participants how to use xSuite eDNA and how it works. The course content is technically oriented and provides an overview of the solution’s architecture as well as the basic functions for setup and administration. This includes managing companies, setting up supported communication channels, and using the xSuite eDNA Web Client. Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing is required. This training does not replace basic training on the legal and technical requirements of electronic invoicing.

The course then covers the processing of electronic documents as well as options for monitoring, searching, and error analysis. Participants will learn how to process incoming and outgoing documents, view document details and attachments, and access status and process information in the xSuite eDNA Web Client. In addition, customization features such as code maps and templates, as well as the publicly available REST Open API, will be introduced.

The target audience for this course is consultants from new partners and, as part of the recertification process, existing partners as well.
