Description:

The training provides the foundation for the secure use of xSuite Invoice Sphere. The course content is primarily technically oriented to meet the requirements of administrators. Particular focus is placed on user management, task configuration, processor determination, and workflow monitoring. To reinforce the learned content, participants will complete hands-on exercises in the training system to verify their learning progress.

• Administrators who want to build valuable know-how in preparation for an xSuite implementation

• Administrators who maintain, monitor, and further configure an already installed xSuite system

  • Understanding the xSuite Sphere infrastructure (systems, connections, and data flow)

  • Explanation of the best practice process

  • Working in the Invoice Monitor

  • Maintenance of user management

  • Maintenance of workflow task configuration

  • Maintenance of the processor table

  • Monitoring options

Prerequisites:

• Basic knowledge of working with SAP systems (FI/MM)

• Basic business understanding of invoice processing
