xSuite Procurement Cube Admin Training

Beschreibung:

In this course, workflow processes used in procurement are clarified. It focusses on user administration and on how to manage the workflow from the xSuite Cockpit. The various options for feeder and catalog maintenance settings will be included. The course will be concluded with practical exercises to check understanding of course contents on the training system. In addition to procurement in general, order confirmations will also be discussed.

• Administrators who wish to develop valuable know-how in preparation for a Procurement implementation
• Administrators who already maintain, control and configure an installed xSuite system

Course outcomes:

• An understanding of technical and process-oriented aspects of the product xSuite Procurement Cube

• Kenntnisse des SAP Business Workplace (Posteingang)
• Ein Verständnis für die Pflege der Freigabetabelle
• Arbeiten mit Tools wie der Beschaffungsübersicht und dem xSuite Cockpit

• Kurs FGT-40 xSuite Basic/Invoice Cube Admin
• Grundkenntnisse in SAP-Systemen (FI/MM)
• Grundlegendes Verständnis der betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekte bei der Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen und Auftragsbestätigungen
