WMD and Intercom share an agreement regarding the EU Model Clauses. Your information (type and version of browser, type of operating system, time of day of the server query, and your email address if you have entered it) will be disclosed to Intercom when you use the chat function via our internet page. WMD uses this data exclusively for the purposes of enabling the service and will be subsequently deleted at Intercom.

WMD uses the marketing automation software “Mautic” for marketing purposes. This is open source software that is hosted on a server in a German data-processing center. All the information that you give us for marketing purposes is processed at that location. Your first and last names and your e-mail address, for instance, will be processed there. Other information unconnected to your personal identity may be collected as well. This includes the browser version, the operating system, the type of PC, IP address, service provider and time of connection. This data is used solely for the purposes of marketing (pricing, sales campaigns, selection of distribution channels, etc.) and is used exclusively by WMD.
We reserve the right to amend our safety and data protection rules insofar as that becomes necessary due to technical developments. In these cases we will also amend our data protection accordingly. Please always observe the latest version of our data protection statement.
