The focus of the training is on the xSuite Sphere system architecture as well as the complete setup of the solution. Additional topics include integrating xSuite Helix via the CMIS interface for document reading and archiving. Key components such as xSuite User Management and xSuite Processor Determination are also covered, which are essential for controlling the invoice workflow.
Course Contents:
- Overview of the xSuite Invoice Sphere solution, including a best-practice workflow
- Explanation of the overall component architecture
- Basic configuration of Helix components
- Configuration of connections between Helix and Sphere, as well as Sphere and S/4 HANA Public Cloud
- Setup of Helix Connector
- Explanation of archiving via CMIS
- Interface and Invoice Monitor configuration
- User management
- Task configuration and processor determination
- Monitoring of documents in the workflow
Prerequisites:
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions
- Basics of electronic archiving systems
- Accounting fundamentals
- Experience with FI and MM invoices
- Participation in the xSuite Capture Helix workshop (FGT-97) and – optionally – in the xSuite Archive Helix workshop (FGT-96)
- A fully configured demo environment for Sphere and Helix
